Captain Joshua Yorkshire had high hopes for his high flying Blue Jays. After taking a 1-0 in the first inning, things turned for the worst. They were easily handled in game one against the revived Dodgers, then swept handily against the Braves. The Blue Jays hope come off life support next week against their divisional foe, the Tigers. Yorkshire and company need to pick up their game (well, maybe actually show up to a game) if they hope to avoid further embarrassment. They do show some young talent though. Mitch Forshey put on a hitting clinic in game one. Along with Alex Sausville, Chris Borden and Nick Sutter, they could throw a wrench in some teams over looking them. Hopefully as the season advances, they can put a 1 in the win column. Attachments:
