Zach Popp made his debut Tuesday night against the Blue Jays. Popp tossed four shut out innings, while not issuing a hit. He also K'd 12 birds, and allowed only one walk. Oh, and he hit a pair of bombs. The Braves swept the Blue Jays 19-0, and 14-0 behind great pitching and power hitting. George Stegmann also tossed 4 shut out innings, striking out 12 batters. Aussy finished up the game, going two scoreless. Braves have a big match up next week against their divisional rivals, the Indians. Both teams are 2-1. Game is Thursday May 12th, 5:30pm and 7:00pm at Hess Field.
